Feast or Starve.

This something you have happening throughtout the year working as a handyman that I have noticed over the years. Either youre so busy that you dont have time for everything or youre not busy at all with very few work orders to fill. The way you get past this is that you have to learn to either pay things up in advance or have it saved away for those days you dont have money coming in. 

The really strange part is that you dont know when those times will come due to fluctuations in the economy as well. During the time of 2020 to early 2022 duting that time that the economy was flooded with money was odd, even though people were being given stimulus money they still either didnt have money to fix things or wasnt worried about fixing things. Then we hit 2023, lots of commercial 

Odds and Ends

As a Handyman, you typically dont specialize in any single type of work. I originally started out doing yard work such as mowing, raking leaves, removing storm debris and cleaning gutters on single level homes. Now I do a lot of things including corporate accounts which fills gaps usually when business is slow. 

The life of a handyman

 As a handyman, you tend to walk into situations that you may or may not be prepared for. Things that are not quite what you expect by the description of what the person needs done, but we tend to be able to fix the issue even though it can look to be impossible. We are the people that perform miracles of sorts for those who either yave no time to fix things or just dont uave the know how.
